We Greeks are proud of our history and cultural heritage and we strongly believe that everyone deserves to get in touch, even for a glimpse, with something as special as the Parthenon. Thus, our government has taken the initiative to install an elevator by the Acropolis’ hill allowing people to overcome their disabilities and admire up close one of the most famous UNESCO monuments.
